Who We Are

Divya Jyoti Hydropower Limited was established on 21st February 2008 as a Private Limited Company and later converted to a Public Limited Company. Our primary objective is the development and operation of power projects to generate and supply electricity to the National Grid.

Currently, we are developing the 50 MegaWatt Marsyangdi Besi Hydroelectric Project, a run-of-river type project in Marsyangdi river, Besisahar Municipality, Lamjung district, Gandaki Province, Nepal. The major promoter and investor behind our company is Api Power Company Limited, a leading company in Nepal's power sector, holding the majority stake and investing in equity required for project development.
